Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• There is some rot on the external side around the glazing (see last two photos), which has also caused the beading to come loose on one pane. This could be repaired/restored by a competent carpenter.
• There are a few small cosmetic dents and scratches to the wood (see photos) which could be filled and touched up.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multi point locking system making it very secure.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Grey.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the hinges are Solid Brass.
