1930s reclaimed Wooden Hardwood Front Door in white.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Some chips and dents to the wood in a few locations (see photos) which could be filled and touched up.
• Screw holes on the internal side (see photos) which could also be filled.
• The paint is chipped in a few ares on either side, as is expected on reclaimed wooden items. This item could benefit from being sanded and repainted.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Could be altered to open the other way (holes may need to be filled).

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is White and internally is Cream.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
