Wooden 1930s Stained Glass Front Door.

Stained glass is original and has been recently re-leaded so is very strong- this would have cost hundreds. There are no cracks to the glazing.

Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• Small amount of previous rot on both bottom corners, however has been filled.
• The top lock does not have keys, however a new lock can be purchased online and could be installed by your fitter.
• Cat flap has been fitted at the bottom of the door, but a carpenter should be able to fill this in if not required.

Security

• Multi point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys (for the bottom lock).

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Toplight

• Just the toplight / window is 44 cm in height and can be removed if required.
• This would leave just the door frame height of 206 cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, original Stained Leaded glass.

Colour

• Has been varnished externally and internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• The colour of the handles are metallic and the hinges are Solid Brass.
