Wooden Hardwood, Casement Window. Bespoke made to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- There are a two small holes by the handle on the top window sash, however these could be filled (Please see Photos).
- The top of the frame has a small split, however this could be covered by trim once installed and is only cosmetic (Please see Photos).
Missing Parts
- There are no keys for main handles, but the windows can still be locked from the inside. New handles, complete with keys can be purchased online.
Security
- Multi point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key for the stay handles.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance.
Colour
- Has been varnished externally and internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
- Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
