Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Holes on doors from previous hook which could easily be filled.
• Scratches and Paint chips in places which could be touched up.
• Slight Rot on the bottom of the main door which can be treated or repaired by a competent carpenter.
• Q-Lon gasket is frayed on the bottom of the door, but can be replaced online and fitted easily.

Missing Parts

• The barrel is missing, however, new barrels are available online and will come complete with keys.
• Handle missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the hinges are silver.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
