The door thickness is 5.8cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There a few screw holes on the internal side. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the product at all
• There are a few small chips to the side of the frame, however these will be covered by trim once installed.

Security

• Multi point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 8 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 213cm.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 37.2cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 90.5cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 127.7cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The door has been varnished externally and internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Gold Chrome.
