1930s/1920s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Timber Front Door.

Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Paint flakes and hairline cracks on the wood in some places, however these are normal with older doors that are wooden.
• Small crack on an internal beading, but can easily be replaced or glued.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• One small crack in the red glass near the key hole.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Locking plates and internal letter box cover are missing, however you can purchase these online at a low expense.

Security

• Main locks would need to be changed as there are no keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
• Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing.
• Has beautiful stained pattern on the glass – see photos.
• One small crack in the red glass near the key hole.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Green.
• The interior was painted green, but was scraped off, thus showing the original wood grain throughout. However, you can sand-down and re-paint it into any colour you desire.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the hinges are Solid Brass.
