1930s Style Wooden Front Door.

We are not sure on the type of wood this door is made from- please see photos. It could be a Hardwood Veneer door.

Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The knocker is slightly bent (see photos) – replacement knockers can be purchased online at a low expense.
• Some small chips to the wood and screw holes on the internal side from a previous letter box.
• No key, letter box or hinges.

Security

• Multipoint point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, with a decorative patterned design on the glazing.

Colour

• Externally and internally is Varnished so still shows the original woodgrain.
