Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The knocker is slightly bent (see photos) – replacement knockers can be purchased online at a low expense.
• Some small chips to the wood (see photos) which could be filled and touched up if desired.
• Some flecks of paint on both sides of the door, which could be removed with a solvent cleaner or painted over.
• Screw holes on the internal side from the previously fitted letterbox cover – these could be filled, or covered with a new replacement letterbox.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
• Letterbox & Hinges are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• Multipoint point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted glass. A decorative patterned vinyl sticker has been applied, which could be removed via heating if desired.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Varnished Brown, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• The handle is Solid Brass.
