1930s Reclaimed Wooden Timber Front Door in Green.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• There is a bit of rot on the bottom of the door and under the glazing, this could be treated however you should consult a competent carpenter.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted.

Colour

• The colour externally is Green and internally is White.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the hinges are Solid Brass.
