Wooden Timber Front Door, made by award winning ‘Timber Windows’.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £4,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 5.8 cm compared to the standard factory 4.4 cm.
‘Timber Windows’ produce award winning doors & windows, designed with Multi layer engineered hardwood or timber sections, to resist warping and twisting. The paint application involves factory applied micro-porous coatings, using a three coat paint (or stain system if varnished). Enhanced thermally insulating glass, creating glazing units almost twice as effective as ordinary double glazing. Their door & window sets incorporate a host of technical innovations for absolute peace of mind guaranteed for decades.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Odd marks in places these can be touched up. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the product at all.
- Matching Black coloured wooden sill (3.5 cm), one set of hinge, one bottle each of Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and White (RAL 9003) coloured touch up paint, few screws and hinge liners comes separately.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 209 cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- The glazing has a lovely star like pattern.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
