Wooden Reclaimed Brown Front Door
Vintage/reclaimed Wooden (Pine) Varnished Brown Front Door, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
The measurements in the table opposite are for the frame.
The door measurements are:- Width: 80.4cm, Height: 198.3cm, Depth: 4.4cm.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £2,000 to have newly bespoke made.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Light chips on the corners, however, these can be easily filled and touched up.
- Four screw holes on the external side from the previous address number. These could also be filled, or covered with your own number.
- During disassembly, the frame had been neatly cut into two (see photos). A competent carpenter might either repair the existing frame and reuse it, or use it as a template to build a new frame.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multi-point ‘Yale’ and ‘Chubb’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 each keys for ‘Yale’ and ‘Chubb’ locks.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
- Has a Flemish distorted pattern on the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is varnished Brown, with a matching frame either side.
- This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
- Has matching Solid Brass furniture.
