Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- There are a paint chips around the door – you could strip the door and sand down and repaint any colour.
- On the external side there are a few screw hole from the previously installed numbers – these can be filled.
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main locks would need to be changed as there is no key for any lock.

- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.

Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick single glazed.
- Has leaded bars on the glass with green glass in the corners.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is gloss White.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is White.
