Timber White Fixed Window
Wooden Timber Sidelight/Fixed Window, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light paint flakes in places, however these are normal with older wooden items.
- Small cuts on two places on the edge, but these could easily be filled.
- Previously had rot on the bottom of the item, however its already been repaired and repainted.
- Signs of minor rot still exists on the item both externally and internally (and bottom corner slightly chipped off), but these are only minor and could easily be fixed by a carpenter.
- External vent may have to replace, it can be purchased online at a low expense.
- Not bowed at all.
Opening
- Product is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White.
