Hardwood Blue Front Door
Wooden Hardwood Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
These are FD30 Fire doors, however we do not have any certificates for them and can not confirm they pass the current building regulations.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Light mark on the internal top part of the door.
- Residue mastic on the top of the external frame can be covered by trim for a low expense.
- Multiple chips in places and the blue film is pealing away please see last photos these are only cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the door.
Missing Parts
Automatic door closure. missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
