Wooden Box Sash Fixed Window in white, Bespoke made to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- There is a small crack on the interior side of the frame, and a screw hole on the bottom section of the sash (see photos). These could both be easily filled by your fitter on installation.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars externally, internally, & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
