Wooden (Pine) Casement Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Gowercroft Joinery’.
Would cost around £2,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- 2 small chips on the sill which can easily be touched up.
- External left side of the sill has a split (see photos), we do have the piece of timber which could easily be repaired by a competent carpenter (see photos).
Security
- High quality 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked by using internal handles.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matte Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
