Wooden Timber French Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality.

The door thickness is 5.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The varnish is weathered on the external side, as expected with an older wooden door. This could benefit from being sanded and re-varnished.
• The top and bottom shoot bolts are slightly bent and could do with being replaced (see photos). Replacements are available to purchase online.
• The wood is split and chipped in a few places (see photos), however this could easily be filled/repaired by a competent carpenter.
• Draft excluder is slightly bent (see photos), but replacements are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• 3 point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the light.

Glazing

• Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, clear, metal brown spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded diamond design internally stuck on the glazing.
• We can order replacement clear glass if desired for an additional £145 including VAT. This would arrive along with the doors on delivery, ready to be installed by your fitter.

Colour

• The wood has been varnished both internally and externally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.

• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
