This is a very high security door. It comes with a telescopic side frame system and a heavy duty astragal door leaf. It has a 1.5mm thick galvanised steel skin, and 2mm galvanised steel single rebate frame.

Its features also include an insulated ‘Rockwool’ core, weather seals, stainless steel hinges and hinge bolts, chamfered low profile stainless steel threshold (DDA Compliant), and a louvred vent which helps to maintain air flow even when closed.

Built to E120 acoustic specifications.

Condition

• Brand New, never installed.
• There are two screw holes on the external side (see photos) which could be filled.

Security

• 14 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Brushed Stainless Steel furniture.
