Designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper doors can do after just a couple of years. Its also professionally powder coated, which requires no maintenance.

Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There are a few paint chips/storage marks around the window which could be easily touched up (see photos).
• The left window sash is missing the locking plates, however these can be purchased online and installed by your fitter.

Security

• 6 point locking system (3 per casement section) making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• Professionally powder coated in Grey and internally powder coated in White, with a matching frame either side.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
• The colour of the handles is White.
