These are ‘FD60’ fire Doors, however we do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.

Its features also include an insulated ‘Rockwool’ core, weather seals, stainless steel hinges and hinge bolts, chamfered low profile stainless steel threshold (DDA Compliant), and a fully louvred vent which helps to maintain air flow even when closed.

Built to E120 acoustic specifications.

Can be used as an external door but locks would need to be added.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Small scratches and paint chips on the door (see photos), however, these are purely cosmetic and could be touched up to make less visible.
• The handle and the door closer is missing (see photos), however, these are available to purchase online.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Blue (RAL 5009), with a matching frame either side.
• Has a push plate on the internal side and has ‘ARRONE’ hinges.
