Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/very clean condition both sides.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Screw holes from the previous door number (see photos) which could be filled and touched up, or covered with a new replacement number.

Missing parts:
Internal Letterbox Cover, Rain Sill End Caps- however, these are only cosmetic and can all be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

The handles are Gold and the hinges are White.

Sidelight / Window

Just the sidelight/ window is: 31.7cm in width and can be removed if required.
Just the frame width is 89.9cm.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

6 point locking system making it very secure.
Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with White warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
