Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Slightly bowed panels at the bottom of both the side light and door which are not very visible, and could be replaced for a low expense (see photos).

Trim on one panel is lifting (see photos), which could be easily glued and secured back into place.

Cutting marks on one side of the frame from the previous installation which will be concealed when the door is installed again.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Brown Mahogany (close to Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.

Has Gold hinges with Gold handles.

Sidelight / Window

Just the sidelight/ window is: 92.6cm in width and can be removed if required.
Just the frame width is 89.6cm.

Top Light / Window

The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 207.3cm.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

3 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
