Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts/Defects

Small mark on either side of the door.

Marks where furniture was installed previously.

Please see last photos relating to the defects.

There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Letterbox, Handles, Hinges, Door Knocker, Locking Plate and escutcheon missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

High Quality 5 point FUHR locking system making it very secure.

Has a new barrel and comes with 2 keys.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

There is a lip around the edge of the door which falls into the frame, so can only operate as mentioned above. The measurements taken are of the widest part of the door.

Glazing

Glazing is thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is matt Grey RAL 7004.
