1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden (Pine) Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Small chips and dent on the door in places that are normal with older wooden doors, (see photo) it can easily be filled.
- One small glass pane is broken and another glass pane is slightly cracked. A competent glazier may be able to replace these panes like-for-like.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- ‘Chubb’ and ‘Yale’ locks installed, however these need to be changed as there is no key for either lock.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick single glazed, distorted.
- Has leaded pattern design externally & internally on glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you require completely plain glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is painted White.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome.
