Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There are 2 holes from a previous doorbell installation on the exterior of the frame (see photos), which could easily be filled or covered with a replacement doorbell.
- Small flake in the woodgrain finish (see photos), however this is could be be covered with trim when installed by your fitter.
- Light marks on the handles and letter box (see photos), however this can be touched up.
- The hinge caps are missing and there is some residual paint on the hinges (see photos), These are easily replaced at a low expense.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted, metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has leaded pattern design externally on the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally is Golden oak and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
