1930s Reclaimed Wooden (Timber) Back Door, Bespoke made to the highest quality.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Screw holes on the exterior side of the door from a previously installed knocker (see photos). These could be filled, or covered using a replacement knocker.
- Wood is split at the bottom of the door (see photos), but this can be easily filled by a competent carpenter.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
- Rain sill is missing, however this could be replaced by a competent carpenter.
Security
- Multipoint ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Colour
- The colour externally is Black and internally is White.
- The handle and hinges are Solid Brass.
