Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Back Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘NorDan’.

Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Odd lights marks from storage – these are hardly noticeable and could be easily touched up if desired. Please see last photos.

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
• Handles, Barrel missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
• The handles needed for this door are ‘Hoppe NorDan Scandinavian’ lever handles oval profile.

Security

• 4 point ‘ASSA’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has Silver coloured hinges.
