Brand New Aluminium/Wood (Clad) Back Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘NorDan’.

Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• All of these doors have slight storage marks which could be easily touched up (see photos).

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
• Handles and Barrel missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
• The handles needed for this door are ‘Hoppe NorDan Scandinavian’ lever handles oval profile.

Security

• 4 point ‘ASSA’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
• Doors A, D & E all have 28 mm glass. Doors B & C have 38 mm glass which has an extra laminate layer on either side.

Colour

• The colour externally is matte Anthracite Grey and internally is matte White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has Silver coloured hinges.
