Brand New Aluminium/Wood (Clad) Back Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘NorDan’.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- All of these doors have slight storage marks which could be easily touched up (see photos).
- We have purchased brand new £100 handles & barrels with three keys for these doors which will be provided with the doors.
Security
- 4 point ‘ASSA’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
- Doors A & E have 28 mm glass.
Colour
- The colour externally is matte Anthracite Grey and internally is matte White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has Silver coloured hinges.
