Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key per window.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – both windows open externally to the left when viewing from the outside – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 48mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
