Please note due to the weight (118.7 kg for the door, 177.6 kg for the bigger sidelight and 108.5 kg for the small sidelight) and size of these items standard delivery will differ to normal. Please ask for a quotation.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Door is in the middle and slides to the right only, when viewing from the outside. The sidelights are fixed and do not open.
• The sidelight to the right of the door has a track underneath that the door slides into – please see the Velfac video online. The other left hand side sidelight could be used as a fixed window.
• This item does not have an external handle, and can only be locked/operated from the inside. This provides extra security and a sleek modern appearance.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is matte Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
