Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Fixed Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Velfac’.
Would cost around £4,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 50mm thick triple glazed, clear white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
Colour
- The colour externally is White and internally has been varnished, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
