Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Casement Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Velfac’.
Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Velfac’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 50mm thick double glazed, clear, white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
Colour
- The colour externally is White and the wood has been varnished internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
