Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Odd light marks in places (see photos) which are purely cosmetic defects and could be touched up.
- Paint on hinges are peeling due to age, these can be replaced online for a low expense. This is also purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the hinges.
Security
- 4 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 4 ‘Wink Haus’ keys.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Top light
- The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 221.1cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 90cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 170cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 260cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 48mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matte White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
