• Beading is included with this item but will need to be cut to size (square cut).

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• This door can be altered to open outwardly if you require, by simply moving the stopping plate.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £195 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 32mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
