Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made to slightly the wrong specifications and is now surplus to requirements.
• The door handles, vents and sill end caps are missing – these could all be purchased online and installed by your fitter.

Security

• 5 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £195.00 total inc VAT. Glass would be of the highest quality: toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
