This is a very high security door. It comes with a telescopic side frame system and a heavy duty astragal door leaf. It has a 1.5mm thick galvanised steel skin, and 2mm galvanised steel single rebate frame.

Its features also include an insulated ‘Rockwool’ core, weather seals, stainless steel hinges and hinge bolts, an ‘Assa Abloy’ DC6113 Door Closer, and chamfered low profile stainless steel threshold (DDA Compliant).

Built to E120 acoustic specifications.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• There are scratches on the handle, however these are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation or integrity of the door.
• There are slight scuff marks on the edge of the door, however these are only cosmetic and can easily be touched up.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
• The door opens both inwards and outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
