Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The top lock would need to be changed as it has no key .
• Screw holes on the internal side of the door (see photos), however these could easily be filled.
• The rain sill is split in places (see photos), however this is purely cosmetic and could be repaired or replaced by a carpenter.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Chubb’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, clear.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Gold Chrome.
