Wooden veneer door in frame (believed to be hardwood veneer).

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Not bowed or rotted at all.
Some cosmetic splits on the frame however this would be hidden with trim when installed. Also on the door- see last photos.
The gasket is torn (see photos), however, replacements are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.

Security

3 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

Externally and internally still shows the original woodgrain. Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) frame externally and a White frame internally, however could easily be stripped if you wanted the natural wood shown.
Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
