Wooden veneer door in frame (believed to be hardwood veneer).

Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Some cosmetic splits on the frame however this would be hidden with trim when installed. Also on the door- see last photos.
• The gasket is torn (see photos), however, replacements are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• Externally and internally still shows the original woodgrain. Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) frame externally and a White frame internally, however could easily be stripped if you wanted the natural wood shown.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
