Timber White Back Door
Wooden Timber Back Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
• Tiny chip on the edge externally.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key, the small turn lock also doesn’t have a key.

Security
• Multipoint point ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded diamond design externally on the glazing.
Colour
• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White.
The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Solid Brass.
