Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• This item has an area of rot on the bottom of the door.
• Paint chips in a few areas, these can be sanded down and repainted.
• This door will need a bit of TLC and would be good as a project.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
• Shoot bolt will need replacing however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Black.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
