Timber Varnished Stable Door
Wooden Timber Stable Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost over £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Light chip mark on the top pane internally, but nothing a sand down/re-paint wouldn’t cover – See last photo.
- Paint flaking from the handle externally.
- Large scratch on the bottom of the door but this can be sanded out and re-varnished.
MISSING PARTS
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
- Missing Shoot bolt key and Locking plates, however you could buy these online at a low expense.
Security
- Multipoint point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Shoot bolts and flush bolts internally, which offers higher security.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick single glazed, clear, toughened.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Varnished and internally is White.
- This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Solid Brass.
Ideal if you’re after a high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
