Hardwood Black Front Door
Bespoke Wooden Hardwood Front Door, made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Not bowed at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
There are couple scratches and marks on the door.
The rain sill is also rotted but could be replaced.
Top corner of the door it is been damaged, however its not visible when the door is closed.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
There is no frame or locking plates for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
There is no key so the main lock would need to be changed.
Security
Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
Glazing is thick , distorted, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Black

Has matching coloured furniture.
