Wooden Oak Veneer Front Door, frame is believed to be solid oak.

Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts/Defects

The letterbox has a gap on the inside of the door, but you can install a larger letterbox.

There are some scratches on the frame.

On the outside, bottom parts of the door and frame have lost the colour from weather – however can be sanded down and repainted.

Security

Multipoint point Yale locking system making it very secure.

Comes with 1 Yale key.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 15cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 107cm.

Glazing

Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Irish Oak, with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is gold and the colour of the hinges is gold.
