Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• The gasket is frayed slightly (see photos), however, new gasket can be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
• All hinge caps are missing (see photos), however, replacements are available to purchase online and are easy to fit. These are purely cosmetic and do affect the operation of the hinges.

Security

• 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Fullex’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a white frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
