• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Light cosmetic marks on the door but this could be touched up easily (see last photo).

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
• Could be upgraded to ‘Kubu Smart Lock’ by installing ‘Kubu Smart Kit’.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, clear, grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame externally and internally.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
