Composite Front Door in black bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Solidor’.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There are light cosmetic marks on the external side of the door (see photos) which could be touched up.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing for the door is 28mm thick double glazed, frosted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no glazing for the toplight but we can order it in at a cost of £55 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: clear, 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order the glass yourself, the measurements are Width: 75.4cm Height: 37.9cm Depth: 28mm. (checked JBH)

Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Black, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Chrome.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
