Composite Front Door bespoke made to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Small cosmetic dent internally on the door (see photo), this could be easily filled and touched up.
- Please note : Frame and sill are made of Wood. Please refer to the photo; removing the sill would be an easy task for a competent fitter, and would leave the item with a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
Security
- 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching white colour frame either side.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
