Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There are slight cosmetic scratches on the external side of the door, however this is can be touched up and does not affect the door (Please see last photos).
• There is a slight cosmetic mark on the handle, which is also purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect the operation of the handle in any way.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is between 24mm to 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Red and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
