• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• This door comes with no glass – see glazing section.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
• Could be upgraded to ‘Kubu Smart Lock’ by installing ‘Kubu Smart Kit’.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £60 total inc VAT for clear glass, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Slate Grey(RAL 7015) and internally is woodgrain White, with a White frame externally and internally.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
