This door is ‘Double Rebated’ giving an even greater thermal insulation and security by virtue of their 68mm thick door leaf construction, compared to the 44mm of a standard single seal composite door. This adds twice the defence against wind & rain, gives better U-value, improved insulation and improved draught resistance. 

Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Missing Parts

The letter box is missing, however these can be purchased online.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 50mm thick triple glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Red and internally is Woodgrain White, with a  Brown (Rosewood) frame externally and a  White frame internally.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
